OUR PROPERTY
In the family for over fifty years
Jim and Gerry Robinson settled on this property in 1975. This land was the retired potato farm of the Labrie Family and had been farmed for decades. Prior to that, over a century ago, there actually was a small settlement including a one room schoolhouse that sat on the north shore of Basil Lake. This is known as the "Back Settlement" of Frenchville.

OVER TWO HUNDRED ACRES OF NATURAL GOODNESS!
The border between the towns of Frenchville and Fort Kent!
"The Back Forty"
In Frenchville, on the north side of the road is our 40+ acre parcel with our hunting camp that comfortably sleeps 2-3+, has electricity, sink, shower, composting toilet and internet!
Further north and tucked away back in the woods are the off-grid camping cabins.

"Robinson View"
In Fort Kent, to the south of the road from the lake (east) to nearly the North Perley Brook Road (west) of the property we name this 200+ acre parcel Robinson View because this is the view loved by Jim and Gerry and viewed from their farmers table in their dining room at each meal for years. Jim calls this "heaven" and affirms no reason to vacation elsewhere.

With a lake to the east, a brook running from east to west through the center of the property, multiple fields of hay with wildflowers and ample hardwood and tall pine woodlots, this is truly a heavenly place!

* view at the top of the hill of the property looking west toward Allagash and The North Maine Woods!
